Join us during Dubai Arbitration Week as arbitrateAD turns its Courtside series to a timely and nuanced topic: arbitrator conduct and its role in award challenges before the Courts.
The programme will open with a keynote address by Maria Chedid, President of the arbitrateAD Court of Arbitration. Commentary and discussion among distinguished arbitrateAD Court Members will follow. They will share perspectives on how conduct-related issues are approached in practice, including emerging questions such as the use of AI in relation to awards, and how institutions support procedural integrity throughout the lifecycle of a case.
