• Registration: 7:30
• Introduction: 7:55 – Dan Boatwright and Stephen Munnery
• Warm Up: 8:00 – 8:10
• Beach Activities: 8:10 – 8:55
• Ice Plunge: 8:55 – 9:10
• Coffee and Pastries: 9:15 – 10:00
What to bring: Suncream and beachwear – Rash vests, fresh juices and water will be provided.
