International Construction Claims & ADR Marathon 2026 is an 11-hour global online programme bringing together construction, legal and dispute resolution professionals from across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Africa and other jurisdictions for a continuous exchange on the evolving landscape of construction claims and ADR.
Held on 11 November 2026 (11.11), the Marathon will feature a series of focused sessions addressing cross-border construction claims, delay and disruption, contractual risk allocation, statutory adjudication, Middle East construction disputes, international arbitration and funding, sanctions, currency and payment risk, FIDIC and governing law, and dispute boards and conflict avoidance.
Under the theme “Connecting Communities. Advancing ADR.”, the programme is designed to connect practitioners across jurisdictions, compare regional experiences and approaches, and encourage practical dialogue on the effective resolution and avoidance of construction disputes.
